Exec House Cleaning Review + Giveaway

We’ve all been there – it’s Saturday morning and according to your usual weekend routine, it’s time to give the domicile a good ‘ole cleaning. While you have the best of intentions to sweep up all that pet hair, vacuum, wash that pile of dirty dishes and take out the trash – the fact of the matter is, you’re tired. You’ve just worked five 10 hour days in a row and let’s be real – the last thing you want to be doing is house work. Am I right?

I was recently introduced to a new house cleaning service that is about as meta as the rest of my 2.0 existence! Based out of San Francisco, Exec is the first of it’s kind – a maid service that uses 100% eco-friendly cleaning supplies which keeps your home and pets safe from hazardous chemicals that are found in most products.

So I scheduled my first Exec cleaning a couple of weeks ago in mid-July and let me say, I’m not sure I can go back to doing all our cleaning on our own every single week anymore. At roughly $100 for a one-bedroom house, you totally get your bang for your buck. The ladies who came to our bungalow left our place spotless and I was especially happy with all the grout they got out of the bathroom, and they even cleaned the ceiling! Let’s just say that our bathroom has no ventilation at all aside from a window, so it can get pretty gnarly in there. So… are you ready give Exec a try? Sign up here and get $40 off your first cleaning with coupon code “lalovettaclean”

If all of this hasn’t hooked ya, here’s a few more reasons why Exec is awesome:

+ It’s super easy to book an appointment and pay securely online from your phone or computer. Plus, tip is included and if you aren’t 100% happy for any reason, they’ll come back and clean for free!

+ They send you text notifications when the cleaners are on the way and even when  they’re finished.

+ Exec is bonded, licensed, insured and has been featured in The Huffington PostWall Street Journal, New York Times, and Forbes. Now that’s impressive!

Onto the fun part… I’m giving away a free house cleaning to one lucky reader located in San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, San Diego, Washington D.C. or Seattle!*

Here’s how you enter: Leave a comment telling me about the craziest mess you’ve ever had to clean up. For additional entries, follow me on TwitterInstagram, Pinterest and Facebook then leave a comment below letting me know you did (separately for each platform please). Good luck!
