Palm Springs x Joshua Tree

A couple weekends ago we ventured into the high desert for the first time since being in Los Angeles. Yes, we’ve driven past Palm Springs on trips before but never actually stopped by. While Palm Springs was a great little town, the best part of our trip was the day we spent in Joshua Tree National Park. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking. We hiked for a good part of the day and did as much climbing as our rubber soles could handle – can’t wait to go back and camp!

On our way out we stopped by the town of Joshua Tree and indulged in some vegan goodness at The Natural Sisters Cafe. Hands down the best eggless egg-salad sandwich I’ve ever had. They even make their own kombucha, which I’ll have to try next time, as well as these fig shakes I keep hearing about.

  • How cute are you? Happy you made it out and had a lovely time. Natural Sisters is my jam. There’s a super good Indian/Pizza place down the road that I 100% endorse as well.
